The Hotel International Prague is the main conference hotel. It is located in walking distance from the CIIRC. The building has been finished in 1950s in the architectural style of socialist realism , i.e., a style drawn from the American Art Nouveau high rise buildings, and after its opening, it used to be the most luxury hotel in Czechoslovakia. All the rooms meet the standards of a four-star hotel, each room is equipped with air-condition, bathroom with a shower/bath, satellite TV, fridge/mini bar, and a free high-speed internet connection.

The Vienna House Diplomat Prague is located in a close neighborhood to the CIIRC, the main venue of the conference. It is a four-star hotel with all linked services such as café, restaurants or spa & wellness. All the hotel rooms are to be totally renovated just before the conference event.

We have arranged a prebooking of a certain number of rooms, in particular:

• • Single Superior Room ... 105 EUR / room /night
• • Double Superior Room ... 115 EUR / room / night

Both cases include breakfast, city tax, internet access, fitness access, and VAT.

The Hotel DAP (Dům Armády Praha) belongs to the Army and it is located next to the General Staff of the Army of the Czech Republic. Do not worry, the hotel works like any other hotel in Prague however, with a great advantage of prices that are lower to the comparable quality hotels and though the hotel claims itself to be "only a three-star one", the quality has to reach standards required by the highest NATO officers and diplomats. The rooms are newly renovated, spacious and very pleasant. Moreover, it is the hotel with the closest distance to the venue of the conferene (CIIRC).

We have booked and prepaid a limited number of 35 rooms in this hotel which we may offer during the registration process to our attendants for very nice proces, in particular:

The registered participants will have a chance to request the rooms in Hotel DAP for the above-negotiated prices during the registration process. After the registration, we will confirm that there is still capacity enabling to manage the requested booking. The prebooked days are September 8-14, 2019, we cannot book the rooms for more days.

Note that the number of rooms is limited. Moreover, 16 out of the 22 prebooked double rooms have a king-size bed, only the resting 6 rooms have two separated standard beds. The earlier you register to the event and request your room at DAP, the higher the chance to get your requested room.
